Married May 4, 2013
Yaser first met Samantha when she began working at his family’s restaurant, La Parrilla. Samantha’s “beautiful smile and captivating personality” are what first drew him to her, Yaser explains. After a six-year-long loving courtship, Yaser proposed to Samantha on his birthday.
During the year of wedding planning, Samantha used several websites to help inspire and organize the special day. The couple took on many DIY projects such as their monogrammed cake topper, place cards, and even adding a little flare to the bride’s shoes. Guests had a fun time posing with props in the photo booth. The resulting photo strips made for great favors! The wedding celebration was a complete success. Yaser and Samantha advise couples who are currently planning their wedding to, “stay organized…don’t let the planning bog you down…and enjoy every minute [of the wedding day] because time flies!”
